Associa Community Watch understands how important it is to keep your home well-maintained and secure as possible – and we’re here to help. From people checks to property checks, Associa Community Watch has a menu of “good neighbor” services designed specifically to assist individual homeowners, including:

• Making deliveries and running errands
• Monitoring a home for vacationing families
• Serving as caretaker for properties left vacant by casualty loss or foreclosure
• Checking in on elderly loved ones or other homebound residents

Associa Community Watch vehicles come equipped with a variety of elements that enable our drivers to lend a helping hand to homeowners, such as providing battery jumps to stranded motorists. We even look out for those four-legged members of your association; our vehicles come equipped with leashes to help pets in distress.
